    Hi nice video. At 41:34 I am not sure if any of the choices are correct. The entering group is OH and not H2O. Correct me if I am wrong. Great explanation.

    Ma'am ur explanation is outstanding...but water exachange will be inversely proportional to charge density naa!!!! Coz with decreasing charge density M-OH2 bond strength will too decrease & so as rate of exchange will faster.....

    Madam. I have a doubt, when you explained the role of charge during acidic hydrolysis. Your example with (Co(NH3)5Cl]2+and [Co(NH3)4Cl2]+ are confusing. In both case Co is in +3 oxidation state

    Mam if the charge density is directly to water bond then how Fe+2 is befor then Fe+3?????? Charge density if greater on Fe+3 than Fe+2
