Agreed. This channel deserves far more subscribers. I’m planning to pick up my first Harley Sportster and build it out as an old school chopper. I’ve already got a metric cruiser I picked up for $500 bucks and turned into a decent bobber but I want a Harley and specifically this style of chopper build so this channel is a big help.
loving everything about this guy and how he goes about presenting this video. just found it out of curiosity for choppers and already i feel comfortable with how easy going this dude is, the metal playing in the background, the willingness to share information for free and just generally being cool. love it man, gonna watch every part of this

I hope to do a full on chopper build soon. Just gotta find the right deal on a donor bike.
Because of your video I have bought an old Yamaha 1100 Virago to attempt my first chop. I’m 56 years old, no nothing about mechanics or electrics but here we go with me trying to figure it out.

Thanks dude. Just having a good time. Thanks for joining the chat tonight as well.
So choppers aren't something you can find at a used dealership right, you pretty much have to build you own? Total newb here, looking for a first bike and was thinking of going with a cruiser.
SORRY FOR THE DELAY IN RESPONSE. I'M NOT REALLY ACTIVE ON HERE MUCH ANYMORE. NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN REALLY JUST GO OUT AND FIND AT A DEALER. YOU CAN FIND STUFF ON MARKETPLACE, CRAIGSLIST, AND INSTAGRAM.

how many wires go to a headlight?
One hot wire to the high beam on all the time. One ground wire to trees.
How do i pick a rear rim to fit my chopper. Its been chopped i dont know what frame it is
you need to measure the axel, see what size it is, get a wheel that has a hub that matches that axel. You'll also need to pay attention to whatever brake setup that you have and make sure it will work with the wheel you buy. whats the bike?

So I got my bike back in a box from a Harley dealer after they went bankrupt, Not I need to rebuild the motor and I have no idea where to start. How about an spotters engine ground up rebuild...
man, next time i need to rebuild an engine, i'll try to shoot a video on it. is it just the top end or is it in pieces all the way down to the cases?
@@PARTYONFOREVER Hey man... ground up Bottom and top. after a top and bottom rebuild that HD did the flywheel broke and the bike went back for a warrentee fix so they striped the bike and then closed their doors, now I have my engine in a box completely striped.
