+WadeMalligan so what ? there 's many ambiant pieces with drums ! artist like "Board of canada" , "aphex twin" or "autetchre" and a lot more put drums on a lot of their songs even if it is quite slow and chilled , because they just feel this way ! People always classifying music like "its jazzy" or "rock" or "electronic" style but dude ... this is music ! Do what U feel first (sorry for my shitty english I m french ) ;)

If you think Alessandro was the first person to make music of this type and the first to use this instrument doing it, then your knowledge of this music and the instrument is more limited then you think :) plus the both of them have collaborated on music and play a lot of shows together.
LIVE, LEARN, GROOVE! I have been a friend of DCELL since JR high and I have to say he is a pioneer in so many respects. We all have influences, artist that have inspired us all as musicians. I thought it was a sick Jam and it’s also great to see DCELL rocking out on his gear. I hope we get to see more of these jams from him.
