    Just watched a video where this card got overclocked. Saw a 10-15% increase in performance. At that point it obliterates the 4060 and is sat toe to toe with the 4060TI 8GB but with more memory.
    You notice how it's a 190w TDP part but it sits around 110-130 watts most of the time? Click the slider up to 115-120% power and stick a bit on the clocks, you've got the cooler for it!

    I believe the less of a drop in frame rate in 1440 is the way Intel designed this card. It has something to do with the time it takes to generate a frame. The VRAM does play a role, but it has some more to do with the way the card is structured. They’ve done something special here. People just haven’t realized just how good it can be yet. I'll just say this. You should use unlocked fps mod with Elden Ring. While it is being a phenomenally amazing game, is a terrible benchmark one. It is close to Bethesda level of optimization with the physics is tied to the locked 60 FPS too, the moment you turn off the limit via mods, you'll see that all charts be it the average or the one percentile will increase, and the game becomes much smoother and more stable except with some effects are not looking as how it's supposed to. It is a poor representation of what GPU can do at default, not that it matters since people want to see how it performs in that game. So, yeah, do it unlocked next time please. Thanks for the video. I appreciate what you do.

    I want to know if this card has inbuilt Game Recording/Capture, from what I can tell, you can use either Intel Arc Control Software, and use the Studio to tab to Broadcast and/or Capture gameplay OR it has some automatic game capture for games that support it. But on Intel's page for the Arc Control Software, it also says " On desktop, a discrete Intel® Arc™ GPU must be paired with the latest Intel® Core™ processor or newer to take advantage of most of these features." So will all the features still work on AMD Cpus?

      @hassaanahmad8990 4 години тому

      @@Ciffer-1998 Well, the short answer is that I'm thinking to build a PC in that CPU range. The long answer is that the Intel Battlemage B580 is clearly marketed as a mid-range GPU. Not everyone buying this card will pair it with the latest CPUs and DDR5 RAM. Additionally, the B580 has only 8 PCIe lanes (x8), not x16. It supports PCIe Gen 4, not Gen 5, and it uses GDDR6 memory instead of GDDR6X. These specs clearly position it as a mid-range card, not a high-end one.

    I love this card is a thing. My only wish would be for Intel to STOP worrying about RT. Every penny put towards anything hardware/software could be better utilized. Just make it a rock solid 1080p-1440p 60hz-120hz or 144hz even. Just that. Nobody uses RT. I mean currently to turn on realistic reflections I ALSO have to turn on "Vaseline mode ON"...This is moronic. I will never use DLSS or anything equivelent. If I need what it offers I'll turn things off. Turn down shadows. Turn down fog effects. Turn down LOD. Whatever. The only people IMO who use a games MIN/MED/MAX settings alone are UA-camrs. Everyone else knows to go in and fiddle with stuff until you can get your desired performance. This is the beauty of using a PC.
