Men like him an Patton where the big heroes of ww11 along with navy admiral Who knew what they where doing gave the world the greatest victory it has ever Seen Do we have heroes today ? Storming normam is gone ?
I was in the Philippines a couple of years ago and I saw the car Macarthur used as a staff car on display in Quezon City hall, a 1937 Cabriolet and it looked like it has never been redone but it was all there.
Truly a Great American. It saddens me to think of the centuries of sacrifice and lost lives this nation made and is now trying to be erased in every way possible by comie loving politicians and msm. Justice is long overdue.
So that's where Mac's Car is now. They move it from Corigidor island "The Rock" to Norfolk VA. thats Why everyone's looking for it every time people are asking for it.
I graduated from Douglas MacArthur high school in San Antonio, and was present when Bob Hope dedicated the Douglas MacArthur history building at Howard Payne University. Seems he was to be part of my life and was when I were young
“I fired MacArthur because he wouldn’t respect the authority of the president. I didn’t fire him because he was a dumb son of a bitch, although he was.”― Harry S. Truman
He came to Townsville NQ they commandeered all the houses along the Strand joined by planks, my father & mother provided an essential; service in grocery Brightways in Flinders St. during those heady war years. they intended to remove Castle Hill to allow the fighters to fly unobstructed. I visited this memorial but his wife was not there at the time, nor the jeep or Chrysler. Remember my dad, then Mac Arthur the general famous during the launch against Japan in the battle of the Coral Sea. memories.

He had a 1941 cadillac. Japanese General used it until Mac liberated PI. The one depicted is a Chrysler limo 1950.
If you look I. Some the Mac bios your should see pics of his 1941 cadillac. He used it in Japan until 1950 until it was replaced by the 1950 Chrysler.

Not to shabby, of a resume, I'd say
GEN. MACARTHUR ‘S PLANE ASSIGNED TO HIM AFTER WWII WAS NAMED. “BATAAN”.
Remember the Bataan death march- he never let people forget why we’re fighting
It was named SCAP. He had it re named BAATAN when he left Japan in 1951.
