Is there a way to properly clean grave and tombstones? And at what point is it ok for strangers to clean graves ? Let’s say the grave owner doesn’t have any living member or is over 100 years old?
@@林T-k5mthere is correct ways to clean graves. What she is doing is not good. Always avoid using chemicals on graves especially acidic cleaners, abrasive brushes or cleaners, bleach or ammonia, and oil based products.. so basically most household bathroom and kitchen cleaners are damaging to graves. she should definitely not be using her pink foam product on graves. It looks like oven cleaner to me which is extremely damaging to graves. Instead patience with a very soft bristle brush and mild soap like dish detergent or PH balanced cleaners specifically for stone is how it should be done.
For some people, the fact that a grave ages gives them comfort. It shows how the person has been transformed. Visiting the grave and seeing it fresh as the first day could be very traumatizing.
Yes, there are many reasons to let a grave het overgrown or a bit dirty. To assume that all of those reasons are lack of care or lack of time and that the family of the deceased will appreciate her 'help' is so disrespectful! Even if she didn't damage the graves and the environment around it by using the wrong cleaning detergents, Even if she didn't remove flowers that were put there by the family, Even if she didn't wash personal belongings of the deceased that might still have traves of them (DNA, smell, hair) on them, Even if she didn't expose the memory of the deceased for brainrot content in the same language and presentation style as TV for toddlers, Even without all this disrespect, the act "helping" someone without even asking if they want help is already disrespectful! It's patronizing, it's denying them their own agency!
This is actually the most disrespectful shit ever, touching and washing the toys on a kids grave in one of her videos, using harsh bathroom cleaners (Kaboom) on grave stones can cause them to breakdown early, she paints some graves (half-assed at that, and who knows if it's actually outside paint), pulling live plants she doesn't know if they're perennials or not, literally everything she does in a graveyard, is some of the most disrespectful shit you could do in a graveyard, short of digging up the body's and smashing the headstones. And she makes money off of this disrespect, to make it even worse. I'd be so upset if someone was messing with my families headstones in the matter that she is.
Dude… it’s terrible how she washed the toys of babies graves, that’s what upsets me most. This girl outright washed the graves without the familys permission, replaced the flowers put by the families, and think that that's completly normal to record on social media without the families permission. Note : english is not my default language
Sounds like it should be illegal? It’s not your property, your problem, or your loved one. And unless you have a loved one in the graveyard you have no business being there
They have groundskeepers for grave maintenance. It’s not at all wild for it to be illegal for a complete stranger to clean someone else’s grave/headstone.
@@Lynn-Lynn-LynnI think that’s what the original commenter is saying- that it should be and is quite obviously illegal; yet the clean girl for some reason has no problem exploiting these dead people and their families for her content creation .

When I was a kid, I remember my class vollunteered to help "clean up" graves at a local cemetery. The difference was that we had the cemetery's permission and all we were doing was weeding around the stone/picking up sticks. They were all old gravestones that hadn't been tended to in many, many years. No scrubbing or abraisive cleaning supplies necessary.
as someone who is currently in a grave, I can confirm that this is really disrespectful. edit: WTFFFFF GUYS TYSM FOR 2KKK /) /) ପ(˶•-•˶)ଓ ♡ /づ づ (puff puff)
The fact is that sometimes family members come back to take the flowers back after they die as remembering of the one who passed like that’s so disgusting that she would throw away the flowers
Isn't there a belief that flowers on a grave are going to be sent to that person when they die? So replacing the flowers is taking flowers away from people in the afterlife
Given that’s how offerings to the gods works, I can see it. Along with it being a show of care, love and respect, the ancient Greeks believed that flowers rooted into the ground that grew from the grave symbolised the deceased had found peace.
There are cultures that give things like food as offerings to the dead as well. And yeah, it's really disrespectful to mess with any of it if you don't have permission.
Depends on the culture and ocassionally the believe system of the person. For me personally I am finishing my friend's bucket list. We made ours together at the hospital. We where both patients at high risk. But we always assumed we'd both survive anyways since we were young. We pretty much just made up the bucket list to pass time with a whole self made badly written contract that if either of us didn't make it the other would finish the bucket list for them. I leave him some of the proof that I did it. It looks like junk from afar I am sure. But the objects I leave behind are still there by the next visit if it ain't food. I hope he knows I am living for the both of us. But that's more of an example of personal believe and promise. Not cultural believes. It's more common to leave flowers or pictures where I live.
I love this „dirty“ aged look of old graves and cemetries. I would be so mad if she‘d clean a grave without permission 😮 And putting her ugly fake flowers there
Around this same time stamp she is literally cutting down branches of a tree (which actually is destruction of property for sure as the funeral home owns the land the trees are on). @@casper6014then make money some other way with different content….or at least do it for families who are actually open to this cause the families sure didn’t ask for her to spend hours doing this. Plus as many people have said already it’s beyond disrespectful to be replacing flowers that their loved ones left recently (they weren’t even dead yet) with fake ones and to be washing stuffed animals and stuff around the graves (not everyone would be okay with that as they might feel she’s washing away memories) and the cleaning products she uses will cause damage and cause them to fall apart faster. The recommended way to clean a headstone is with a small amount of detergent or ammonia diluted in water. Alternatively you can use a specialized stone cleaning product but not anything that comes from a pressurized can or power cleaner. People who know what they're doing would not be using anything under higher pressure than a hose or handpump. If you hope to have a stone engraving last for decades, or centuries even, you can't be using products that wear on the stone like this, or in a few decades, only a knub will remain.
Well, you don't want them to get all overgrown. At least to my grandparents, they saw it as disrespectful if a family member's grave was unsightly. But then again, we were the ones to tidy them up, not some stranger.
I'd say a lot of family members or close people like to keep their relatives graves clean. But she isn't close to anyone of those graves she's cleaning nor is a family member, 😭
my grandparents clean their sons grave so it doesn’t get like to nasty and they trim the grass around the grave, BUT they don’t use chemicals.. just water with soap, then they wipe it down :33
I'm so glad someone is finally talking about this! As someone who's close friend died I can personally say this girl is SO disrespectful. Replacing the flowers. And filming yourself??? It's so rude she's profiting off vandalizing people's graves. She makes it so weird and disrespectful. 4:06 in most graveyards, there are codes around the coffin or casket given to each dead person so people can identify them through apps easier instead of having to look for a name on the actual casket. The code was under the grass(at the very beginning), it was 1007
I hate the fact that she cleans EVERYTHING, even something natural, like flowers and moss. In my opinion, such things only make the graves look more poetic and even positive. Because you can look at such a view and think to yourself: "Even when we lose an important member of the society, there will always be new life, born in its place." But this lady just destroys this feeling for views, without asking permission for the services.
18:38 Replacing PRETTY REAL flowers with FAKE flowers is MAD RUDE. Some people use real flowers to represent good spirits and fake flowers for bad spirits in cemeteries.
I just want to say somethings about her, She actually have painted a gravestone once and she messed it up and the white paint was out of line and it wasn't even, the cleaning products she uses are most likely not great for gravestones, the "clean girl" product isn't actually bright pink, all of the grave cleaning videos are just there to promote her business (most of you know that already.), she never respected the graves she cleaned, the vacuum cleaner wasn't even on and she was just toying with it ON THE GRAVE ( 2:23 ), she doesn't deserve all of these views, and I'm saying all of these things to the people who don't know why she's hated. Family members and a few select people are allowed to clean graves, everytime we visit graves, we add more flowers and flower petals to them.
This girl outright washed the graves without the familys permission, replaced the flowers put by the families, and think that that's completly normal to record on social media without the families permission.

The fact cleaning graves without permission is ILLEGAL is wild
Sounds like it should be illegal? It’s not your property, your problem, or your loved one. And unless you have a loved one in the graveyard you have no business being there
They have groundskeepers for grave maintenance. It’s not at all wild for it to be illegal for a complete stranger to clean someone else’s grave/headstone.
Y'all they're saying it's wild she's recording herself committing a crime
@@Lynn-Lynn-LynnI think that’s what the original commenter is saying- that it should be and is quite obviously illegal; yet the clean girl for some reason has no problem exploiting these dead people and their families for her content creation .
No, it's legal. It's just seen as poor etiquette and disrespectful. If it was illegal, she would have been arrested a long time ago.
The real flowers rotting awat slowly is something so beautiful and meaningful anyways.. putting plastic flowers and doing all that as a stranger is a whole ass VIOLATION
another issue is they weren't actually dead they come back in the spring why do you think there was dirt in there
When I was a kid, I remember my class vollunteered to help "clean up" graves at a local cemetery. The difference was that we had the cemetery's permission and all we were doing was weeding around the stone/picking up sticks. They were all old gravestones that hadn't been tended to in many, many years. No scrubbing or abraisive cleaning supplies necessary.
Legit she ripped out flowers that were potted probably perennials so they grow back and that's just sad the absolute disrespect of her

Yes, and replacing it with fake flowers is a whole another level of disrespect
@@junrobin9335 I would make mold's of the items and make stone/cement versions so they would last longer and be harder to remove

there is a respectful way to do this, im so done with people posting random acts of kindness on social media for credit. do it because it makes people happy not for praise on the internet
Well i understand what you are saying but she needs income, i bet she spends HOURS cleaning these graves and time is money.
Idrc if she needs income either find some new content or at least start asking the families if they’re okay with you doing this.
It’s not a Random Act of Kindness if you are asking for attention and making money off of it.

The amount of chemicals she's putting into the environment, the scalding and degradation of the stones, she's ridiculous.

Well, you don't want them to get all overgrown. At least to my grandparents, they saw it as disrespectful if a family member's grave was unsightly. But then again, we were the ones to tidy them up, not some stranger.

And she rips out flowers and trees then says "I love plants!"
she literally is the embodiment of "great concept, terrible execution" lol
18:38 Replacing PRETTY REAL flowers with FAKE flowers is MAD RUDE. Some people use real flowers to represent good spirits and fake flowers for bad spirits in cemeteries.
Gurl probably just sent another war in heaven
Wow
((Srry for the bad english 😗⭐))
They absolutely are not. You can just search "how to clean a headstone," and right away see everything she does is wrong.
@@esbenm6544Yup, there's a content creator who cleans the gravestones who are really old and have no one to visit, he uses water and he scrubs gently to not destroy the headstone, not like her, she's always scrubbing the gravestones really rough.

Oh my God that was sooooo bad!!!! I can't believe no one said anything to her at the funeral.
Idk this is pretty bad too considering she’s not only being disrespectful but also ruining the headstones. The products she used and the way she cleans them does more harm than good and will cause them to fall apart faster. Someone even commented saying cleaning them like that they might just be a small nub within decades when they’re meant to last waaaay longer. Also straight up removing flowers their loved ones recently left and replacing them with fake ones…I wouldn’t say one is worse than the other. They’re both horrible in their own ways.
I feel like this one would be slightly worse but both of them are still horrible
