Hello! 1:06:14 I noticed that you forgot to reorder the report as when you finish the ascending and descending order access usually automatically move it to the front but the q paper asks for a specific order! :) so you have to rearrange after making the report
Sir, I found a minor mistake in your video. At 1:00:30, when you sort the fields for the first report, you did it while creating the report itself. What this did was that it messed up the order of the fields in report and made "Yacht_Name" and "Depart_Date" come as the first 2 columns, as they were the ones used to sort. I did the same thing and faced the same error. A simple fix is to sort after the report is created by going into the design view and using the Group and Sort option. Thanks for the video otherwise, you've been really helpful.

Yes, the order that is displayed on your report on your printout must be correct. The examiner only has your printout so you will need to rearange again. Well spotted

When I do query, calculating Charter_cost, everythig was fine but when I do report, the charter_cost was not including, I did many times, still can't do it. I also make sure to click the right in the box below charter_cost in query. why is that?
Make sure you have saved your query. Before you click on the button for create report wizard, make sure you first click to select the query so that the report is generated for the query. You can also click on create report wizard and in the first window make sure to select your query. I think you are making the report on the table which does not have the charter cost field. Let me know if this resolves your issue. See at 59:26 i first select the query.

You may need to make the place holder a bit bigger to see the label and data. try creating the a new report and only add the charter_cost field for the report. Your report is most likely 2 pages of your query is correct. The report displays as one long page. If you print itwill print on 2 pages. From the print preview you will see at the bottom it says page 1 of 2. Click o the right arrow to see the second page. If you do not have a printer to test print then select the pdf printer from the list of printers and this will save your report as a pdf. Open the pdf and it will e 2 pages.

when you first do external data, new data source, from file, text file, and browse, go to advanced in the bottom left click on it and check in the Dates, Times, and Numbers section for your date order and make it DMY, this could solve your problem
having an issue where after creating the new expression at 56:30 it doesnt give me an option to change the decimal places. using the latest version of access (MS Office 365). Would love to know if there is a specific fix
Is it displaying the values as currency with a currency symbol? If yes you should have the option. In these cases it is usually some small detail you have missed. Were you able to change the Day_Rate to 0 decimal places?

Whatever works best for you. The exam will not require evidence on how you created your query.
