Before the game came out all I listened to alternative and rock(nothing wrong with either of those genres). the songs that caught my attention were this, Swimming Pools, ADHD, and Collard Greens. It introduced me to hip hop in general. Now my favorite genre has been hip hop for over 2 years later.
