Ingredients For Sponge
175 g of Flour
175 g of Sugar
3 eggs
Tsp of Vanilla Extract
175 g of butter (buttah)
For Ginger Cream
300 ml of Double Cream
1 medium sized ginger (grated)
For Ganache
300 ml of Double Cream
7 Oz bar of Dark Chocolate (60 to 70%)
2 Tbsp of Golden Syrup or Corn Syrup
50 g of Butter
