- Bob the Canadian and I drive around the state of Maine, trying unique foods to my state, the state of Maine. We visit The Holy Donut in Scarborough to try some crazy donut flavors like maple bacon, lemon blueberry, and our favorite, chocolate sea salt. Next we head to Cape Elizabeth to try lobster rolls and Moxie. We wind our food tour up in Freeport, Maine to try Wicked Whoopie Pies.

regarding your new hat, a few days ago I saw a report on tv that this type of hat is coming back into fashion and that lots of people were making them themselves at home, not to mention those who collect them, a hat for every day to match their clothing, a hat for every event.🧢👍
Once my hair gets stronger, I doubt I'll wear that hat again, Freddy. 😊
Actually I have a hat that is very similar to teacher Brent’s in the video and I like it , because it is so effective for preventing the ultraviolet rays in the sunny days.😊

@@mohdags420 I had a fall last Sunday. I hit my feet and it turned blue and got swollen. It is quite ugly but improving. But my workplace sent me away. I have no job now.
Judit, sorry to hear that. It depends on the job. I can only speak for my job. I would probably have to use sick days or take them unpaid until I recovered, but I don't think I'd lose my job.

And you and Bob didn't skimp on the quality of teaching while having lots of fun, and lots of food apparently! I also think chocolate with mint tastes like toothpaste (Sorry Bob, and Cida?!) I would've gone with the classic whoopie pie, but that's not a priority. The first thing I would wanna try if I was in Maine would be lobster because I'm crazy about crustaceans, and maybe blueberries, but before heading to Maine I must first go to a Scott Seiss show. That would be the main purpose of my visit to the US anyway! 🤠🦞

Well, when I went to visit Bob in Canada last year, he paid for a lot of my stuff. It was expensive to rent a car and get a hotel. I think that’s why we paid for most of the stuff when the other person came to visit us.

It does look fantastic but I wonder if all these donuts fall into healthy food category? Might not be the case as they look flashy - besides, healthy food can never be blue, yellow, red and purple all at the same time. Guys, does your local nutritionist approve this gastro tour?

Thank you very much Brent for this delicious and yummy video. Personally, I would have liked to eat all of this to discover the flavors that I don't know. I love lobster, it's a dish that is usually eaten during the big holidays at home, nevertheless I would also have loved to participate in the tasting of the lobster rolls.
I like chocolate, but I'm not sure I want to mix it with mint, I prefer to eat them separately, for example mint candies and chocolate " éclairs", maybe without any doubts I would probably change my tune after tasting it.
If you ever come to France one day you must not miss pastries like " éclairs", "religieuses", "mille-feuilles" and especially the famous "macarons", a real treat to which you will immediately be addicted. We won't count calories, the most important thing is the pleasure of eating them. The weight will wait! 🫐🍋🍍🍔🦞🍩🧁🍁
Freddy, Jamie and I were just talking about France last night. Eclairs and macarons are super high on the list. I'm just not sure when we will make it to France, but it's high on the list.
If Bob had gotten into a fight over his Blue Jays hat and things had gotten worse, you could have certainly helped him with your wrestling experience, Brent 🤼♂️. (Just kidding). And if you asked me about your hat, I would say that it doesn't look weird or bad, quite the opposite, it actually goes perfectly with the lighthouse and everything around it. I mean, all you might have needed was two fishing rods and two folding chairs and you could have had a relaxing fishing s(l)esson afterwards 😎. Anyways, thanks for the great lesson.
