With all the amenities this rental price is actually reasonable. In Vancouver you'd pay this much for a studio or small one bedroom without any amenities. Good on you for negotiating an arrangement to tour The Parker residence in your video and get a weekend free at this property! Fabulous! You have given a very comprehensive tour and it's much appreciated. I am going to let a friend's son know about what you get for the rental fee at The Parker! I think he will be very interested! I am amazed how much comes with renting a suite in this property! I'd be using that bowling alley to de-stress! I did all of my graduate degrees at the U of T!! Loved it so much!! Cheers!! 🙂
Solid vid bro! I’m a second-year U of T student living at The Waverley - also by the same company as The Parker (Fitzrovia), and pay about $2500/month as well!
That's amazing. I am really considering moving there, it's worth the price, especially during the winter, as we can stay home and use the amenities
nice vid keep it up
even on high floors, the view is obstructed in the building and the prices on their website are too high.
Let me know how much you pay for rent!
I still live with my parents
@@yosselokn that's the best way to save up money!
I own a home in Vancouver in Kitsilano (amazing area) but many people are sadly priced out of Vancouver as a whole for renting and buying. When I was about your age I was paying about $500.00 per month in rent for a big studio but that was in the early 90's so a long time ago!! Even then I thought it was a deal and grabbed it. I could see housing costs were going to get out of control. Cheers!!
I live right next to this building and pay 1700 for a 1 bed, love this neighbourhood super underrated
