Everything about this is fabulous, from the singing, both solos and duets, to the accompaniment, the instrument choices, the tempo & mix to the videography (if that's a word), the angles, the transitions and the smoky filtering, to the acting, their look and the obvious enjoyment DB & PM showed while doing what they love. Also credit goes to the producers and directors who designed the project and BMLG for being behind it. I'd give this video A+ in every catagory so it should get all kinds of industry acclaim and awards. But I'm just an old retired engineer who loves and records music as a hobby (but I know what I like).

With that said, I think Danielle should be a huge star and be right up there with the best, and winning awards left and right. But time is not on her side. I agree 100%! I don’t understand! The Voice winners always seem to fizzle out for some reason and I truly thought she would be one to defy the odds! I read that Brynn Cartelli dropped the label because of lack of creative license and they were stifling her creativity and she wasn’t comfortable with the songs they were choosing for her. She switched labels and went with Kelly Clarkson’s husband as her manager. Maybe Danielle fell into that trap, although Big Machine has well known artists. There must be something due to this phenomenon and they aren’t doing something right and they need to promote their artists differently or something!

There are a number of things going on. When she was on The Voice, she used her chest voice more which emphasized harmonics which have a richer sound.
