I befriended a pastor years ago who I had tremendous respect for, unfortunately he moved away. His favorite prayer was "Lord save me from some of your followers." That's was this reminded me of. The music was absolutely amazing, as always!

Yep. I've believed in Christ for 51 years, and I can attest that the worst people I've ever met called themselves "Christians" (though they actually weren't).
I've driven Lyft here in Portland, OR for six years (good market...$50 to $60 per hour for late night bar hoppers), so I often drive satanists and Antifa and that sort. Some of the friendliest people I've met. Good tippers, because I treat them with respect.
I would much rather hang out with a Satanist than many of the venomous fake Christians I've dealt with. Satanists are less likely to betray you.

Antifa does use very nasty extremists for their terroristic shock troops, though. I do avoid those. They tend to be self-hating nihilists, often transgender self-mutilators, very likely to be sex offenders. All Antifa people (our Rose City Antifa boasts 5000 members) proudly declare to me that they are Maoist Anarchocommunists--but only the crazy frontline troops fully embrace it. Everyone looks like a "fascist" relative to themselves, and they really do wanna kill ya.
Fortunately they tend to be physically weak and cowardly, emotionally unstable, drug-addicted ghouls. They have a very short duty cycle, rarely able to stay active more than a few months before implosion in many different ways (overdose, disease, dementia, death, fugitive, etc.)
Honestly, they seem perfect as suicide bombers, and I'm a little surprised we haven't seen that yet. I suspect we will before this wicked tide turns. In fact, such atrocity will probably be the very thing that turns the tide.

Tongues was at one time a proof of the holy spirit. In the bible the gift always manifested itself right after someone recieved the holy spirit and was always immediately interpretated by another with the gift of interpretation.
It ceased for nearly a 1,000 years i think till American evangelical rust belt churches revived the practice during the late 1,800's.

No, it is not heresy in Catholicism. Catholics believe that God is a triune being and that the Holy Spirit can move people in such ways. The thing to keep in mind is, many people behind the pulpit can put on an act of being moved by the Holy Spirit. Wolves in sheep's’ clothing. Catholics are not the only ones weary of such people. We’ve all been warned about them in the Bible.
