There are 3 govt agencies that conducts patrol duties within and out of Singapore if you are ever interested.
Maritime Port Authority has small patrol boats that mainly patrol port areas or nearby islands which i sometimes see.

The Navy which actually has formed a new flotilla dedicated to lower end threats which has a bright orange/red stripe painted on the ships just like the PCG boats.
