i did the sots press like dylan until i saw klokov's, and now i do both/manipulate the angle for different feeling. im so glad u guys brought it up again, it is the best exercise imo next to squat in terms of exposing weaknesses.

1:33 just feeling pain doesn't magically heal you. And pain in physical therapy isn't used to heal you, that doesn't make any sense. Pain is there to tell you when something is wrong and it's there to let you know your limits, it's there to help the therapist identify and locate the source of the problem and it helps the therapist set a diagnosis. The pain you feel when stretching is because your muscle fibres are glued together. Working through joint pain is probably one of the most stupid things you can do, especially when you do it ''no matter how much it hurts''.
Which exactly the knee straps Dylan is using please name it and if possible share a video which show how to wrap knees for training. Waiting and Thanks in advance.

Can’t find the video but Gui Malheiros in one workout with snatches up to 110kg or so for as many reps as possible did them all with no contact and cycled them fast… think it was 2021 semifinals.
