I have less time to go outside and play sports as I grow up.
A couple of days ago, I went out to help my grandfather work in the field.
I stood up and did physical activity, broke a sweat for the first time in a while. The work was hard, but I was so happy to bathe in the sun and move my feet and arms.
I want to go out and bathe in the sun to keep my good health.

I'm now a freelancer and online teacher which means that I have to sit in front of the laptop over 7 hours per day. I know that this isn't healthy so I try my best to lead a more active lifestyle by falling in love with Running. Everyday when I get up, the fist important thing I do is to go running around the park for about 5 kilometers. After that, I have breakfast, go home take a cold shower and then start my life. I hope that this solution will help me have a better as well as a more active life.

Physical exercise has been engineered out of life as sitting down is more popular nowadays. It reduces blood circulation leading to heart diseases. Even if you want to move your muscles and spend less time in sitting, you cannot swim against the tide. Because everything is geared around, driving us towards sedentary life.
