great vid as per usual! i agree with you on the whole grovetender love, and that we want more of it. I think a good way of fixing it would be to make it guaranteed on the maps its limited to after 1-2 loops or after a long time, but that could also cause issues with other bosses so i can also see why they wouldnt do that.

I think Chef's primary fire charges are the same, lowering cooldown with attack speed. I wouldn't be surprised if the shadow buff was an unintended side effect of that being part of chef's kit, some sort of sweeping string telling the game the cooldown of primaries lowers with attack speed. Either way I'm not complaining, I felt like Arti appreciates the buff and Chef certainly needs all the help he can get.
