Sir in some flow charts of kuby, Hematopoietic Stem Cells are classified into 2 types of progenitors 1.Lymphoid & 2.Myeloid..& they further classified the Myeloid progenitor into Megacaryoblast & Proerythroblast...

1.You mentioned lymph 'glands' , there are no lymph glands; but lymph nodes.
2. You mentioned bronchoconstriction as a result of vasodilating action of Histamine., which is otherwise. Vasodilatation by Histamine is seen on smooth muscles through H2 stimulation. But bronchoconstriction is another action of Histamine, not by dilating (not H2 receptors) ..it is H1 mediated vascular permeability + increased mucus secretions + stimulation of vagal (cholinergic) pathways that leads to bronchoconstriction
Otherwise, great lecture!
