the funny thing about that is that in the actualy story, i don't think the boiled one has directly killed anyone yet, he's just super annoying and scary, basically a sleep paralysis demon on steroids.
Ive always loved analog horror but the boiled one scared me SO MUCH, the voice and the music is just so unsettling along with his mouth movement and appearence, ive had plenty encounters with creepy things in real life but if i saw something and it was possibly the boiled one would scare me WAY MORE than the fact that i possibly crossed paths with a skinwalker but ran inside before seeing it fully, its always fascinated me to hear about cryptids and unknown creatures knowing there is an actual possibility that they are real no matter what anyone says.

This makes it especially scary due to the sense of dread. The minecraft mod sucks at bringing it across, but the existential dread you feel when you KNOW that you'll die, worst case in a slow, painful way is enough to send shivers down my spine.
