The first couple of times that I watched 👀 this seen it made me cry. Because I have a slight case of cp. I have a walker and a cane. When I walk.with my cane. I hold on to a family member. I've eaven told my sister in law that I'm a burden on her because of this. Of course she said that I wasn't. That doesn't change the way I feel. & I've prayed for healing and haven't received it . But threw watching this clip helps me deal with it a little better. I know that one day I will be healed. It's just a matter of his time . Maby not heare. But in heaven one day. So I've stopped asking for healing for this disability. Because I know that it will come. I've just got to keep hanging on.
It'd be nice to be healed, but I'd rather have the pain stop. *edit* I finally gave in and prayed for the pain to stop... and it did. All glory to Him.
As with James, the physical healing is not as important and the healing of the heart. I have cp... minor.... and have often thought I was a burden too, but my faith is strong and thst gives me confidence.

When I have struggling times and don’t understand it I think of this scene. We ask ourselves why do we keep suffering the way we are but the fact that suffering makes us strong and despite our suffering we still ask the Lord for directions and praise him 🙏✝️🛐💟

Not gonna lie. When He says, “but think of the story you will be able to tell” kinda feels like gaslighting. I get that He has the bigger picture, but man that’s rough.
Yeah it’s rough, but it brings this verse home: Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. So, no matter how bad of a hand we were dealt in life, or how beat down we are, or how badly life is treating us…. If we just humble ourselves and trust that God loves us, and trust that God can use those circumstances to shape us… to give us patience, wisdom, empathy for others going thru the same thing… Things will get better … in our hearts, our faith, the way we view the world & the way we can influence others. But, yeah, it can be a rough ride for sure.
Children of foolishness have little understanding and we're understanding is wisdom is No understanding no wisdom. what that word actually means is to stand under Something and look at it from that angle However, the children of foolishness can only see what's right before their eyes.
