I've looked everywhere online for this, can you tell me the pressure in PSI for the low/high side of a u-shape 12000 BTU? Also can you tell me who sells R22 refrigerant in Texas? Also do you have any insight on using R-410a in place of R22 in this unit, the pressures recommended and any other more technical data online other than it being "not supported, recommended or approved". David: we live in henderson nv. would like to install in 2 upstair bedroom, but no windows that will work. Don't want to install windows just for these. Anyway to install thru wall that you know of? Here in Nevada not a lot of windows this will work on. Suggestions?

Can someone tell me the difference between Auto Mode and Cool Mode? Thank you
Hi, bullhead360. Thank you for sharing your question! Auto mode will automatically select cooling or fan-only operation depending on what temperature you have selected and the current room temperature. The AC will control room temperature automatically based on the temperature you’ve set. The fan speed will also not be able to be adjusted in auto mode, as it will start automatically at a speed according to the room temperature. When using Cool mode, however, the unit will simply cool, not switch between cooling or fan-only operation, and the fan speed can be adjusted. Have a great day!
Make these work with casement windows please, literally nobody around where I live has a double hung windows and Jerry rigging just isn't a convenient option, rotate the u to allow a casement window to shut and much more people will be able to benefit
