US kept saying Eisenhower wasn't affected by the attack, and yet they turned around 180 degrees to head to port for safety, all the while the US and Britain had been saying how the Red Sea is so important and the Houthie had to be stopped from firing on ships there. If so important and if the Eisenhower wasn't hit, then why did it go back to port. And now, couple of weeks later, it is leaving the Red Sea.
And I don't think the Houthie will run out of missiles any time soon. Russia had publicly said given how the West is bent on destroying Russia, by letting Ukraine fire US' and NATO's missiles onto Russia's territory, Russia will now help other countries that are not friendly to the US arm themselves and do what they want to the US and NATO around the world.
The Eisenhower left simply because it was time for it to go. Ships can not be at sea forever. The US Navy only puts its sailors out to sea for so many months before they have to take a break. A new aircraft carrier is replacing it. This is not a retreat, it's a routine shift.

Ok after doing some research the missiles DID NOT hit the carrier and here is more information I researched
The USS Dwight D Eisenhower had its tour of duty extended twice during its 9 month stay and was replaced by the USS Theodore Roosevelt for its combat tour
Not to mention there is no photo or videos of the damage on the ship
Also the Houthi’s have a very poor record of hitting ships with so far less then 100 ships have been hit with only 2 being sunk and 100s of missiles been fire with around 100 being intercepted according to U.S intelligence
Keep in mind these were civilian cargo ships they wouldn’t have escorts a U.S carrier would have
Also I looked at the photo on twitter of the so call damage and from what I search the largest warhead on a missile the Houthi’s have for anti ship usage is around 400 pounds of explosives
It’s unclear and classified how thick the flight deck is in the USS Eisenhower for obvious reasons but some sources say around 3-12 inches
A 400 pound warhead can penetrate around 4-6 inches of solid steel
I did my best to look how powerful a 400 pound warhead can do with a ship
So i look at some sinkex and found the Hms Boxer hit by 2 harpoon missiles which is a 500 pound warhead
Couldn’t find the exact armor thickness of the frigate but since it’s frigate it has no need to hold up aircraft with there warheads apart from helicopters so I’m guessing it’s less of a carrier
Edit: ok because of me being a damn fool I didn’t see that recently the Houthis managed to get more Ghader missiles to the Houthis while they did have some but not the infrastructure to produce them until recently Iran announce they have successfully helped the Houthi’s set up production for the Ghader missile it wasn’t really design to be a anti ship missile it was mostly design for long range attacks from surface to surface targets but let’s say it can be use against a ship
The missile can contain around 1000-2000 pounds of explosives
So after looking through more sinkex records I found one where a U.S frigate was hit by 1 or 2 harpoons and hit by 7 2000 pound bombs and yet it somehow took 12 hours to sink I have no idea how it survived for 12 hours but the damage with 7 2000 pound bombs is a bit worse then the image but just cutting that damage in half is still not close to the damage in the photo from twitter
With report saying a harpoon and a 2000 pound bomb hit the bow and the bow of the ship in the image wasn’t that bad surprisingly and considering frigates have weaker armor then carriers I still highly doubt it was a actual hit

There is no evidence that the carrier was hit at all. It is simply being replaced with a different carrier. This happens regularly, and every time we do somebody claims they sunk or damaged the ship. Some groups just don't understand that combat ships can't be out at sea forever.

Why would the Houthis lie about hitting the Eisenhower? There's no gain in lying. The US would just laugh and launch more attacks. Let's see how quickly the US sends another aircraft carrier.

The USS Dwight D Eisenhower had its tour of duty extended twice during its 9 month stay with it being replaced by the USS Theodore Roosevelt
Not to mention there is no photo or videos of the damage on the ship
Also the Houthi’s have a very poor record of hitting ships with so far less then 100 ships have been hit with only 2 being sunk and 100s of missiles been fire with around 100 being intercepted according to U.S intelligence
Keep in mind these were civilian cargo ships they wouldn’t have escorts a U.S carrier would have
Also I looked at the photo on twitter of the so call damage and from what I search the largest warhead on a missile the Houthi’s have for anti ship usage is around 400 pounds of explosives
It’s unclear and classified how thick the flight deck is in the USS Eisenhower for obvious reasons but some sources say around 3-12 inches
A 400 pound warhead can penetrate around 4-6 inches of solid steel
I did my best to look how powerful a 400 pound warhead can do with a ship
So i look at some sinkex and found the Hms Boxer hit by 2 harpoon missiles which is a 500 pound warhead
Couldn’t find the exact armor thickness of the frigate but since it’s frigate it has no need to hold up aircraft with there warheads apart from helicopters so I’m guessing it’s less of a carrier
Yemen doesnt have navy and airforce yet the superpower is running away like mice...
