Go with Tailored Musketeer coat, Legendary Brigand Bracers, Improved Phantom Belt, Legendary Brigand Breeches and Master Musketeer Hood all in red and white. Shame there's no option for a mini cape though. Edit: Tailored Prowler Coat is also an acceptable coat, with Military Breeches for boots.
