I cannot scream OMG loud enough! I have been battling this issue for TWO DAYS! Googling everything I can, reading countless Reddit and Windows threads...nothing worked! I reset my computer and that didn't work, either! I randomly came across your video, and Method 2 fixed everything! I am literally still in shock. Thank you so much!
None of these things worked for me so incase you are experiencing the same problem here's how i fixed it: Go to settings and then to network and internet, at the bottom of the status screen you will find and option labeled Network Reset. This is option is basically like uninstalling and reinstalling your entire network system (like a factory reset but for network only) so only use it as a last resort.
Omg I’m so happy!!! I stopped trying a few months back to fix the network issues I would just use my phone hot spot when I needed to use my laptop but I decided to try again to fix the issue I’m so glad I came across this video. Updating the wifi driver is what fixed my issue btw

Thank you. Method 4, uninstalling my adapter, then installing the driver again worked for me. When I searched for the drivers I had 3 options, 2 from dell and one generic one from windows 10. Neither one from dell worked but the third one I installed (the generic windows 10) fixed my issue. Now I can find and connect to my home WiFi again. Thanks.

I used to shut down/restart my laptop or hit “network reset” every time it did this - but the time that it would stay connected exponentially diminished until restarting it did nothing at all. I’m not competent in the world of computers and I have yet to diagnose or fix this ://// But as far as I know I’ve probably got a million viruses
I actually did manage to figure mine out, more or less. The third method was to delete and reinstall your Wifi driver. Turns out, I simply just didn’t _have_ any driver to delete. My dumbass eventually noticed, and so I installed the thing. Unfortunately, this is almost guaranteed to be a different issue from the one you’ve got. But, who knows - Best of luck to you!

I followed all of your directions on each method and none worked. When I get to the Sevices page on Method 5, it will not let me enable all. the button will not light up. Disable all is the one that is highlighted. What do I do now? You are a very good teacher. Your directions were clear. It's just that my laptop will not respond in the Dervices section.
I tried everything doesn't work. It really only started when I used my Gf's ethernet cable and when I unplugged it it now doesn't show me any available wireless connection. Even tho I'm not plugged in no more it still doesn't show any wifi signals nearby. When I hit "Change adapter options" it pops up a 'Network Connections' tab and only shows "Ethernet" followed with Network Cable Unplugged Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller. In my case, the wireless driver is missing in the network adapters. So method 2, 3 and 4 cant be done.

For me the WiFi driver doesn’t show up under network adaptors, only ethernet connection driver (or whatever that’s called)

When I hit "Change adapter options" it pops up a 'Network Connections' tab and only shows "Ethernet" followed with Network Cable Unplugged Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller. I can only disable it and rename it that's about all. How the hell do I enable wifi again

Guys even I was facing I followed step-2 it worked. Here he is selecting 1st option Intel driver, but I selected 2nd option Microsoft driver. I chose this and it worked. My home wifi was connecting to mobile but not on windows 10 laptop, now it works on Both

The tip about installing driver from computer fixed my problem. When it checked online for update it said I had the latest driver. Didn't solve the problem. When I installed manually from computer, it did the trick. Thanks!
