Happy Birthday Sue! I loved attending your class at the end of January and I have just begun my whole grains journey. My husband is a colorectal cancer survivor having lost 5 inches of his colon during the treatment. I am a heart attack survivor with diabetes, high blood pressure and NASH. My prayer is that we can get back to some semblance of a normal life by making this change. I already feel better and have high hopes of success. Thank you for inspiring us all!
I started milling my flour about 2 weeks ago and already received benefits that so many others testified to. Especially the intestinal issue. I had been making my own bread for 2 years with store flour. I’m so happy for the difference in these flours. The first time I made bread my wheat arrived at 6:00 o’clock in the evening, we stayed up late to make bread, oh my goodness at the aroma in this house. I used some korasean along with red hard wheat. Is was so flavorful as have never eating anything so good. Thank you for your information on all this. Happy Birthday to you
Thanks so much for your comment, and we appreciate you taking the time to tell us your story!
Happy Birthday Sue - I loved this podcast! I also love milling our own flour, making our bread, pizza dough, muffins & cookies. I enjoy spreading the good news of better health with those in my family, neighborhood & church. Looking forward to more classes with you and your team in the future.
Thank you for commenting and for your kind words! We appreciate it!

I'm actually surprised AI was able to put a positive tone on whole foods. There is some hope for the future.
Yes. It was interesting, indeed. Thanks for commenting!
Happy Birthday! Mine is the 22nd!
Thank you! Happy Birthday to you too!
Well Ms. Sue, I hope you have a HAPPY FIVE STAR Birthday! How has whole grains helped us? It's a corny story. My family says they don't eat bread. The pizza crust, the hoagie rolls " aren't bread" they are crust and rolls. Umm,-K. But, they all like corn bread. I have listened to you, and understand that whole grains also mean whole foods. Dare I use the hashtag- sustainable and not get the eye roll? I understand, it to mean it could keep you ALIVE if you need it to. I'm a early riser and decided one morning to whip up a quick batch of corn cakes. Just to see how it went over. I was greeted with "what's this?" and, what's this for"? Me- oh just wanted to try something different. A quick snack for the road. It was received with, "sure", and "whatever", guess I can try one. After supper, I asked, how did everyone like the corn cakes- " it was fine, not to bad and they were dry but palatable". Palatable? 🤨 I said, it gave me energy that I was not expecting. No, we didn't notice that. EXCEPT none of us slept well the night before. Cell phone issues had the calls coming in. When all was said and done, I expected the lot of us to be dragging out feet until bed time, and that did NOT happen. I had one cake, around 8am and I didn't get hungry until nearly 1 and that was after spending the morning in the garden- DIGGING, with a shovel. You could say it was just a phycological response from knowing what I made for breakfast. But, that would be wrong, because, I had planned on making them from the night before. When I got up, and had a crap night of sleep, I didn't want to do anything but, sit, and have coffee. It was a HUGE effort to drag my hiney in and make them. You know the rest of the story! So, yeah, I'm hooked, my family now snatches them on the way out the door. Personally, I FEEL better. Nothing special, I just feel better.
God is right, God is good. He supplies us with our food. By HIS hands, we all our fed, Thank you Lord for our daily bread.
Wow! Thanks so much for the testimony! We appreciate you sharing it with us! We love hearing them all!
Happy birthday ❤. Ĵust received my Wonder Mill. Love it. New lifestyle and health.

Thank you! Happy Birthday to you too!
Sue I think we might share the same birthday or maybe they are a day apart. Happy birthday!!!
Thank you and happy birthday to you too!
Happy Birthday, Sue! This podcast encourages me and I love sharing the information with my family, friends, teacher friends, and my students! I believe in your message and ministry. My family and I are 1 year into this fresh milled grain adventure and we have learned so much! Our favorites are our weekly loaf of bread (we are kneading and rising old school!), our modified chocolate chip cookies, pancakes, pizza dough #2, waffles, honey scones, and the streusel coffee cake. Thank you for your work and passion! Keep it up!
Wow! You really are all in! We love it! Thanks so much for commenting and letting us know!
Happy Birthday week Sue!
Love my grain mill and Ankarsrum mixer! Having fun experimenting with just the right mix of flours for the perfect loaf. Working on my husband's blood pressure and sugar levels.
Thank you for your education on the necessities of fresh milled grains and the science behind it. We have had a lot improvements in the digestive department around here
Happy belated Birthday!
Thank you!!
I’ve used ai for my whole grain posts on fb. I give the facts and it’s spun into flowery fun language. But-is this making us lazy? I think so. It’s fun though.
It possibly is making us think a little less. Thanks for sharing.
Happy Birthday 🎉
Thank you!
I love your Healthy Minutes so much❤ And, a shout out the the Super Heroes !
