This is a presentation at a European College of Sports Science conference though. The intended audience isn't general fitness enthusiasts/general public it's sports scientists and academics, so the level of detail and explanation is adequate for them.

W' is a fixed store of energy above critical power that diacharges if yoi use it until fatigue. It is not strictly anaerobic capacity.
