    Ingredients for Chitti Pesarattu :-
    Pottu pesara pappu 1/4kg
    Soak for 6-7hrs
    Gingred 1/2 inch
    Green chilli 1
    Salt to taste
    Required water
    For Karam podi :-
    Coriander seeds 1cup
    Cumin seeds 1/4cup
    Dry chillies 10
    Curry leaves
    Salt to taste
    Small tamarind
    Garlic cloves 8
    Oil
    For topping:-
    Chopped onion
    Chopped green chillies
    Cumin seeds
    Soaked moong dal
    Karam podi
    Oil

    Soak for 2 hours
    Salt to taste
    Cumin seeds - 1/2 spn
    Ginger chilli paste - 1spn
    Cooking soda pinch
    Oil for deep fry
