To get rid of the knats, put a small dish out with vinegar, water and 2 drops of dish soap. Stir it a bit and place on the kitchen counter. They will go to the dish and die. Works like a charm.

Quick tip : No black and white together ! The white gets grey over time. For the white some oxy clean !

I just add Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt pepper, a few garlic cloves and some cilantro in a blender and blend it all up!
