- My daughter called me and said that she misses everybody and so me and my husband are going to go visit with her, but she asked if I could bring her and her friends, my famous chocolate chip cookies so I’ve already made four batches and I’m gonna make one batch with you
Here is my chocolate chip cookie recipe:
2/3 cup of butter
2/3 cup of shortening
One cup of white sugar
One cup of brown packed sugar
Two large eggs
2 to 3 teaspoons of vanilla
3 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 tablespoons or one box of instant vanilla pudding mix
One cup of mini chocolate chips
One cup of semi, or dark chocolate chips
Start by the butter and the shortening together, then add both sugars mix again. Add eggs and vanilla mix again and set aside.
To another bowl, combine the baking soda mix together and then add half to cream mixture mix that and then add the other half to your wet ingredients and mix again.
Add both of your chips and fold with a spoon I use my hand. Bake at 350° for about 12 minutes when they start to get brown on the edges you want to take them out and let them sit on your pants for about 5 to 10 minutes then remove.
Don’t overcook these cookies don’t wait till they’re completely brown because they continue cooking when they’re out of the oven so if you take them out too late, you’re cookies will be hard

I want to see a recipe that subs egg with avocado. I've mastered a cookie recipe that uses Gluten Free King Arthur rice flour applesauce, soy free dairy free butter, coconut oil, 1 so delicious cashew bar and more etc. I use avocado instead of applesauce for banana bread bc it isn't as heavy. 😊
