Mr. Powell, you are spot on. I played for the national netball team and club team and I faced the same issue. I speak out and when I did, I looked like the trouble meka. I didn’t care cos I wasn’t being paid. Mi call out the coach right in front of all the teammates. They were scared because they didn’t want to sit on the bench., but I knew my value and wasn’t scared cos netball was not feeding me. The issue with the relay team is too much “curry favor “ . Keep in mind , these ladies are very emotional and carry belly for each other and the coaches are worst because sometimes they see it, but do not address it. Stay bless 👋🇨🇦
