@Optimus Prime dont worry about that, our country has 1.4 billion people. That means every 1 in 6 person on earth is an Indian. You can look for creeps, and statistically, you will find many because of the sheer population of India. Even if there is 0.001% of them here. Or you could look for philanthropists, kind, helpful people, and you would still find many of them. So it is only a matter of with which perspective you want to view India as. People with a bias will like to view and stereotype India as a perverted population, As Indians, we should not care about their approval. So dont worry about it.

Thank you! 🤗🤗 If you have any questions, reach out to me on IG!
For you vegans you don't eat living things right ?
@@KILLAPANDAgaming man can't live without consuming living things, plants are even living organisms
If you are trying to be a vegan then definitely try Indian food. Indian cuisine has the world's largest collection of vegetarian and vegan recipes. Let me know if you need help.
@Vegan Babie hahahhaha I m a Hindu or you can say a sanatan dharmi to be specific I don't eat meat and eggs due to religious and spiritual reasons but I do consume milk products 😅
This video was absolutely wholesome
Thank you!
Omg those birds on the bench !😍 The food looks so good.
The "lentil soup" is called Sambar. The authentic way of eating Dosa-Sambar, as it's done in India, is to take small portion of dosa, dip it in the sambar, then dip it in the chutney(s) you have- coconut, coriander, peanut or even tamarind- and then eat it. 😃.
It's pronounced Pond - ee- cherry!! I am coming to NYC in a month so can't wait to finally try his food out. He was closed the last time I was there!!
Haha yes! I noticed while I was editing.
the things you do for us
This was my FAV VBC vid ever! I’ll be going to New York in December and you know where my first stop is going to be! I’ve been trying to get there for the last two decades and haven’t made it yet. Dosa Man!!!!
Thank you!
I Love Love this video! Thank you so much. Affirming I will get back to NY. So many wonderful vegan places to visit and this is top of the list.
The Dosa Man is one of many reasons why I love NYC. Just his personality. That said, as far as I am concerned you need never have to apologize for dog noises. The dogs were so cute
I have to try this place out the next time I visit NYC. He seems like a really nice man and very delicious food. I usually eat homemade dosas. I'm excited to try out Thiru's dosas!
I watched his episode on Street Food Icons and have been obsessed ever since! He makes my heart so happpy lol
I remember going to this guy back in 2003-2006 when I was a grad student at NYU. The guy was a legend even back then.
omg don't apologize for the cute animals I liiivveed for those moments omg :') this vid filled w so much love ugh I can feel his healing presence thru the video!!
❤️❤️❤️
8$ for masala dosa in India it's just 50 cents or 1$ or 1$ 30 cents price is high just because of living in High amount of currency I never had been ...but It's shows That for living in US ... For getting job in their for indian it's tough though ... specially for middle class people 😅😄 bdw it's look yummy. After lockdown u should have to visit India For varities Of Indian Dishes ... Hope so you love it 😄,Bdw keep it up ... nice video ...❤️
( Sry if my English sucks 🤣😃)
Exactly my thoughts...13 dollars!!!! My God, thats more than 900 rupees...life in New york is costly dude; very costly.
It's in NYC that's why
But the price of rice, Urad dal potatoes are very high. He might get a profit of 20% only. My son is in Germany, but he has to spend more to get Indian stuff.
Man, as a lover of Dosas, I have been wanting to get food from this dude forever! Thank you for going :)
Just happen to checkout your channel after UA-cam recommendation and it was worth my time.
Love the content. Much Love from INDIA.
I love not only your current hair color but your overall energy
Thank you!
i just came through your channel..and i love your work>>💝🥺✨
Thank you so much!!
i love the dosa man! so glad you went and vlogged it for us
Dayum! I love dosas 🤤 Masala Dosa, Onion Dosa, Plain Dosa & a whole lotta Dosas!!
Edit : with a coconut chutney & sambar ofcourse!
This looks delicious and I loved seeing all of the animals!💕
In India its customary to give the first offering to birds, cows or any animals that you could find especially if you're running a business, or if you make food on auspicious occasions.
We Indians are really feeling proud of the dhosa man
There's an aura of kindness around that shop..
Those lines be long as hell, shoot he should have his own restaurant somewhere. Lol
UNDERRATED BEAUTY he is actually making profit at a Restaursnt rate. 6 dollar for a masala dosa is Crazy and stealing your money. So he probably will deceive people and keep making money in this push-cart
@@nationalmixvideos3698 In India you can get a masal dosa for under a dollar actually
@@nationalmixvideos3698 Bro every food item is expensive there.
The raw food like potatoes, spices, etc.
Would also be very expensive there compared to india.
@@demon-dw3zx That's in India, this is the US. Don't compare with different living standards, please. If I compare between RM and Yen, I cant survive in Japan.
@@nationalmixvideos3698 What level of dumb you're? On level of 10, you look like 10.99 level dumber.
Dosa my fav food after seeing this video ,i got tempted and asked for a masala dosa from my mom and she made it for me ,i will difinitely try this dosa cart when i visit NY next year.and her hair colouring and ring in the nose is super cute😍

Thats cool - A Masala Dosa, Tea & a Samosa will cost maximum of 1$ here in India 🥰
The one time I was there he had run out evening except the wingz, must go again! Especially want to try his Singapore noodles!
As per what u describe u have got the perfect dosa there.. it's one of the favorite snack in India..and dosa (at street outlets) here in India cost just 1dollar ;)
I’m so glad you finally got to try the dosa man! Also, I’m suddenly craving some Indian food 🤤
PS. OMG the animals is this video we’re too cute!! (even the people walking by waving) 💗
nice i am indian
Get some fermented rice flour and you are ready
Indian food is best. We have the largest Vegetarian population in world. I love my culture and teaching of Hinduism (True Hinduism is taught by Sadhguru)
No one asked you :)
@@souranilpaul6285 so why are you replying triggered Christian? 😂😂
Hinduism teaches less torture to Animals, that is fact.
@Vegan Babie i respect vegans
Ur beautiful, dosa is beautiful, bird's are beautiful, dogs are beautiful, people are beautiful, place is beautiful, explore more beautiful places and stuff.just like U.😜😜💋💋👍👍 WITH LOVE FROM INDIA..
@Optimus Prime probably saw someone do it online and he thinks it denotes love, and not sexual advances lol.
@Optimus Prime the tongue emojis dont make sense either, they are for taunting right? At least they were used for taunting back jn the orkut days
People with a bias will like to view and stereotype India as a perverted population,
As Indians, we should not care about their approval. So dont worry about it.

Hi. During my visit to New York in September 2019, specifically alighted from Big Bus tour. Then walked up to Washington Square to meet this Dosa man. Food taste was fantastic.
Imagine paying €12 for something my parents and family make me for free 🤣
Wow, how do you get the ingredients for free?
@@EvanBoyarMe yeah cuz they pay not me 😂😂. Now that I’m at uni though I want this legend of a dosa man to show up in my new town 😂
This video has such positive vibes🍀😌✨
Proud to be a Tamizhans 💕💕💕

Hi, I'm an Indian from the Southern state of Karnataka. And yes, that's exactly how dosa is supposed to be. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Bangalore has some of the best dosa joints in India.
Great video!! Veganism is an ideology filled with compassion and love. Loooooooove Indian Dosa. Of all Vegetarian/Vegan food in the word, Dosa is my fav.
Oh God...! I eat Dosa for breakfast most of the time as most South Indians do But never have I seen any eat dosa like a sandwich. People should be provided instructions on how to eat dosa. Really enjoyed your video. Lots of love from India
Dosa is heaven for me.
When I was in south India I used to have almost daily.
Any way excellent presentation.
In South India (Dosa man is not Indian he is Sri Lankan Tamil) it is common to feed the birds first from the food you make in your own kitchen, Cows/goats get fed from animal feed from outside dogs as well get fed meal prepared outside but ones own kitchen it is birds first.
This video is full of positivity... Love love ❤️ birds, dogs, and Indian veg food 😍
This guy looks like an amateur compared to a normal street food vendor in india
naa Looks way more hygienic and professional to me
@@rave8334 well he charges $8 for a masala dosa. 600 bucks that is. On the side walk. In the heat/cold.
technologic actually thats cheep considering the fact that he buys fresh veggies everyday
@@technologic667 yeah, prices in nyc are expensive
Yes you are right. This is how proper dosas should be. Crunchy on the outside moist inside

The Dosa Man is a Legend. Absolute Legend. His food is amazing. I’m not vegan (I went vegetarian back in 1997. I can’t give up cheese. Hahaah).I love flavorful food and his food is like top tier flavor food. His story is so good. Like I love how he feeds the birds. And he’s such a peaceful person as well. I’ve only had his food once but I’d travel to NY just to have it if I had the $. The special is legit. I got it spicy.
