Man, I've always been a fan bookish theories for 2 years, enjoying how she explains the MV so well and how it relates to their lore. It makes me so intrigued and it helps me understand K-pop idols lore and its just so amazing. I even cried because this channel is just amazing. Never stop. Always here. I've never commented but been a fan for 2 years. I cannot explain bro! This has helped me so much.
I was thinking it had something to do with the wisdom teeth. By the way, I wrote this comment right before you said it was about "Wisdom teeth" lol Right after I saw the music video, it reminded me of wisdom teeth. I was thinking about that :) I had no idea it was a thing in South Korea about a love tooth, that's interesting.
It's funny, I got my two wisdom teeth taken out when I was 21 years old or 22 years old, I can't really remember what age I was lol Before I got them removed, it was difficult to eat properly and it was a bit painful. So, I get why they used this concept because having a crush or first love is sometimes painful. It's like a wisdom toothache.
This isn't the first time "love teeth" became a subject in Kpop, albeit in lyrics rather than an MV. f(x) used the allegory in Rum Pum Pum Pum, though in a less dreamy and more mischievous way.
This concept was so cute and original, I loved it! 🦷
I don’t think is really original, fx had made something like this before
