Octoabe is Ghetto Superstar

Octoabe is an artist born in Miguel Aleman, Tamaulipas, and raised by a widowed mother who was facing poverty head on, he began expressing himself using art as a means to reflect on what he could not verbally express. After realizing his talent and love for art, he decided to pursue a career in Fine Arts.
His new work, “Ghetto Superstar” aims to destigmatize poverty by showcasing the beauty that presents itself in adversity. The show runs from February 17 - March 10, 2024 at Cactus Valley Art in #HarlingenTX.
