By the way, Sheik can make it too. Yeet smash messed up the Bouncing fish. You have to do the far bouncing fish, but also kick as early as possible, that way you get out of the moves end lag a bit quicker, and she barely makes it. It is really tight, but I've just done it.
Greninja can also make it, they didn't fully charge shadowsneak before jumping.
@@haplow2394 Update: Fox can also make it, but it's incredibly hard. You have to fair on frame 4 and then buffer a double jump fair, and then buffer diagonally up and B, to get the slight movement to the right, then get a north, northeast angle on up B and he barely makes it.

I really feel bad for the other editor. The comments on the last videos were rough and even on this video it’s hard to go through the comments and see people just go like “THANK GOD ULTIMA IS BACK.” Previous editor didn’t fit the style of marss videos but I don’t think that meant he was subject to so much hate. I hope you’re doing well editor, don’t let too much of it go to your head.

It's too bad people thinks Marss is the best player when he isn't even close to being a likable or good player. fun fact greninja can make the jump the timing for the hydro pump is just super precise no need for shadow sneak either. labbed it after watching the video
You can also jump while charging shadow sneak, which makes it super easy.
Yeet smash ain't that good, he tries his best but he needs to go thru all the character's mechanics before saying they can or can not make it, like how do you think sonic cant make it when his recovery is often considered top 10 lol.

I just checked and you are wrong about two characters.
Greninja: by holding side b on the platform then jumping into side b, he travels enough to jump and up b
King K. Rool: it’s extremely tight, but by jumping, using up air, then jumping into up b, it is possible

Also, just made it with Ridley. Dash to jump off, use all jumps without hitting the ceiling, then up B slide across the ledge

G&W can actually make the jump with the bucket jump, which is when you use a downb before you double jump and then another downb as your double jumping which sends you way higher upward.

8:08 I think robin might actually be able to do it if you first use the no-charge up b to get a bit more distance. If your wind tome comes back after you do the no charge up b you get to do it again, and it gives a bit more distance that way

Luigi can make it two you just need a misfire as soon as you jump of the platform and release just before you hit the top of the rock, then after that double jump and do the up b, and Luigi will just make it.

Luigi can actually make it. 2 misfires in a row after the first jump, then jump and up b. I tested it nyself. Took like 5 minutes.
Fact Check: King K. Rool can make it. It is very precise, but I managed to do it (this is without up air)
It's even more of a surprise than he didn't make it in the video, then, since that's from December 2018 on version 1.0.1, before K. Rool's recovery was nerfed.
@@TwilightFlower9 Really? I honestly have a hard time remembering previous patch notes. Anyway, I can understand that if he couldn't get Sonic, he definitely wouldn't get K. Rool, because the timing is so strict that it wouldn't be hard-pressed of me to call it frame perfect.

I think game and watch also makes it if you down b twice. Full hop, down b at the peak of full hop, double jump and down b right after and you'll go higher and further, then up b, airdodge

To be fair, these jumps are super hard with some characters (ness for example), hard enough to seem impossible. And then there's just stuff you don't think of, like wall jump for sonic and mega man
sonic doesn't need a wall jump, also krool can do it with up-air boosting

For all two people who liked this. I lab'd it it's possible. You have to input up air pretty much as soon as you reach the apex of your jump but it works
The most popular smash challenge video is Alpharad's who can cross the lava
Link can make it if you wait for the bomb timer, and then up b before the bomb goes off, and then when it goes off up b again. Edit: Game and watch can do it as well with precise buckets and jumps.
Greninja can make it if you charge side b and then full-hop right before it starts

Greninja was also wrong. You can charge shadow sneak on the ground and jump using y on a controller that isn’t GameCube. You can easily make it if you fully charge it and use up b at an upward diagonal angle. Also I only tested this because I’m a greninja main that uses shadow sneak to recover lmao
For those of you who are unfamiliar of what a block zone is, a block zone is a section of track that only one train may occupy, block zones are commonly placed at a higher portion of a ride to reduce stress of the brakes, this is the system that prevents trains from colliding

K Rool can make it if you start out facing backwards and up air after your first jump
As a greninja main, I was kindof sure that Gren would do it, so I tried it myself, and It's actually possible. You need not to use your side b, it's gonna kill you. You just need to delay your second jump enough in order to make the first segment of your upb reach the angle where it goes from ceiling to cliff, and with the second segment of the upb, just aim up to headbonk on the stage to recover faster.
It's not that easy to do as it's a really precise action, but it's actually possible.

I discovered how to do it with Sonic. U have to do down b and that’ll give u enough momentum for the first jump, then double jump, up b, air dodge up.
note: the video was made in 2018 so some recoveries have been buffed since then, in which case some may have been able to make it
List of characters that can actually make it and how to do it:
Game and Watch - full hop, tap down b to get more forward momentum, double jump buffer (tap the down b) down b again for a better height, up b and then press down then airdodge up.
Sheik - Full hop use Bouncing Fish at peak of full hop buffer the bouncing fish kick right as you use the move, jump immediately after bouncing fish then use Vanish at the peak of your double jump.
Greninja - just don't use Shadow Sneak, it doesn't help.
Luigi - just need to get lucky with the misfire.
Cloud - almost charge limit fully, full hop, double jump and charge last of limit the peak of double jump to gain a bit extra height and then use Climhazzard. I tried it myself and I barely made it.
