Pitt was good, but Marion really made the movie. I esp loved how it started out like "Casablanca" and then sort of evolved into "Eye of the Needle", but with a love story interwoven. And yeah, the end "got" me a bit too; had to do the old "something's in my eye" move we manly men do. 🤣🤣 But it was realistic and arguably couldn't have transpired any other way (trying not to spoil it for those who haven't yet seen it, LOL)

But he memorized his lines OK and Marion helped him with pronunciation. His character is actually Canadian, and French-Canadian is a bit different from French spoken in France, so her character in the film helps his character improve his accent/inflection so as to make their cover as a normal native French couple believable.
i would love to see how brad pitt is with women because he has been so beautiful all his life that one might think he wouldn't have to work too hard, he just seems so sweet and humble he always has underneath all the fame and the ego that brings that still seems to always shine through.
