【PSO2NGS】'Burning Ranger' EX Augment: Shortage PP Burn Up + Hysterical Strength | (Read Description)

If you haven't guessed by know Monkey is one of my favorite bosses. So this video is demonstration a few things:
1. Showing how Shortage PP Burn UP works
2. In addition to triggering Hysterical Strength due to the burn ailment passive
3. Showing the improved down-state timing with Gradual Pressing, notice I no longer need to use compound techniques when the boss is active and all my abilities are ready for the down phase.

How long does HS trigger for after burn?

It remains as long as burn is active, I believe. Once burn is gone that's it.
