Very informative video man! Splines usually come in 10 or 28 spline. 24 is some rare cases.

Thank you for the videos. I am on the farm during the lockdown, having trouble! All of my local parts houses told me that I have a Gunite because of the double pin clevis!
I kept telling them that I didn’t think that I had a Gunite, it didn’t look right. I said I had a square adjustment bolt not a hex. One guy told me to tighten against the drum, back off 1/2 turn. I told him that I cannot back off the adjustment bolt. He told me to use a longer flex handle. When you told of the long double clevis on a Meritor slack adjuster, I looked up Meritor slack adjuster! THANK YOU!!!
Can you have a Meritor adjuster on one side & a Hadlex on the other.
A local grain trucker thinks that they have to be the same brand & model on each side of an axle?
    Thank you for your help.

Meritor style slacks are common on Volvos and some trailers usually there part numbers will start with R , gunite style usually starts with AS , Haldex will start with the number 4

Meritor style slacks also have a LH/RH depending on what axle they’re for

@@ThePartsConsultant This was on a 92 NaviStar 9400. I have found some things on it that do not match up with the parts books.

Who makes the best slack adjusters?
    I have a 2006 KW quad-axle dump truck.
    Thank you

Haldex style is most likely on your truck. 1.5” cam size, check your splines can be 10 or 28. Most likely a 5.5” length
