The point is….. you need money to get the credit to get the money and you need several plans and an actual business to justify the need for the money and be credible that you can pay it back-
You gotta save up the initial $3k-5k to pay for structuring business and wait to clean up your personal credit which takes time too-

Look brothers and sisters, this is all good stuff, but don't do this for Real Estate if this is your first deal. Real Estate takes too long to pay off (it is a big pay day). Look into other things outside of real estate. You have monthly payments within 20+ days. I'm 67 years old and I know what I'm taking about. I love these brothers. Be smart.

Meaning they are right for people that are a little more Savvy people. First time out after you get a few cards make money in other businesses other than RE until you get more cushion for RE.

@@Mgthemortgageguy yes and no.. do you recall talking to Herman about people having businesses that aren't businesses.. well you tackle that first issue off the bat by acquiring multifamily through the hard money lender to create cashflow and use the money from tenants to pay the lender for 3-6 months and in the meantime you set up your profile to go to bank and get a DSCR in your LLC..high level plays not the street stuff

For registered agents -- make sure they will actually collect, scan, and physically forward your mail. They are not typically ideal as an address solution though. Any newbie due diligence specialist will do a Google search and see the 10K other businesses at that address. They no likey. Get a physical address you can use and save yourself the time and pain. Once you have an account after 3-6 months then change. This ain't legal or financial advice. 💅🏾
They are doing this because people (black people) are becoming more educated about their credit. All we had to do is put our children on as an authorized user and your child credit history will build. Now you have these individuals ( bankers) (Credit card companies) joining these groups listening and learning with your teaching than build strategies to block them (black people).

Gm yesterday The Haitian CEO was wrong about two things 1. There are Business Credit Cards who report to your personal credit that is Capitol One Spark Business Credit Card 2. When you form the LLC you must also have a registered agent plus BOEN under Corporate Transparency Act you time me out why
I wouldn't really consider the spark card a business credit card. It's mostly a personal credit card in disguise. And it sucks too. Stay away from it.
He did say 99% of business credit don't report to personal. When he said that I took it as he meant capital one as part of that 1%. 2) yes you do have to place a registered agent when you LLC but that could be someone house or mailing address even though it shouldn't be. He's talking about using a registered agent service as your registered agent bc they have a actual biz address that you can use as the biz address of your business and they have some that will forward your mail etc.
BOEN was declared to be unconstitutional. Do search.
