Game terrine recipe
Guinea fowl 1 = 450g / 1lb
Partridge breasts 4 = 220g / 1/2 lb
Minced pork belly 600g / 1.3lb
White onion 1/2
Streaky bacon or proscuito 24 slices
Pistachio nuts 50g / 1.7oz
Brandy 75ml / 0.3 cups / 2.5 fl oz
Garlic 1 clove
Sage, parsley and thyme

Been wanting to do this for a while but some recipes are over complex. I would normally make this for Christmas but hey Easter will do!

i think this qualifies as keto?? Lots of fat and protein, I'm not very good at the keto stuff nowadays and I need to get back on that as it really does get the fat off.
