Dear Kristen .. You need to heal what is beneath the surface . You need to feel your feelings .. Something is hurting you deep down and the anger and bitterness is causing passive aggression . Take care of each other you are a beautiful couple . Jay needs to attend to his overall health and replenish this will greatly help .

The anger and bitterness masks the pain ... Some of your acquaintances seem very untrustworthy .. They think it is funny that you are struggling they are not mature enough to hold space and insensitive.
it's obviously not a friendly/family get together. Jay feels uncomfortable, but tries to play along because these are his wife's aquantances/busines partners.
That kelly girl is all over Jay...my bet she'd drop Kristen in a second for a crack at her husband.
