- Head Coach Sean McDermott addressed the media on Monday March 25th at the NFL Annual Meetings in Orlando, Florida. Topics include; defensive play calling, how the coaching staff is coming together, the tough decision to move on from some key veteran players, adding WR Curtis Samuel in free agency, getting more weapons for QB Josh Allen, OC Joe Brady putting his own stamp on the offense, and his thoughts on some of the rule changes next season.

Getting to the playoffs with a QB like josh allen is not a win, that should be automatic. I hope the Bills don't waste Allens entire career with one coach/gm combo that can't get it done.

As someone who was a Bills fan from 2000 to 2016, I can say that I count getting to the playoffs as a win. Doesn't mean you are done, or that it's the ultimate win.
Finding a way to be upset when your team wins their division year after year is snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
Josh Allen is absolutely amazing at times! I mean spectacular! Get him more offensive weapons! He has the talent to utilize them! No one is more capable at improvising more than Josh! Biggest arm I’ve ever seen ! He needs targets
@@RageDaug you can always tell the knew fans from the lifers. Haha. The playoffs isn't a win... ok. I'm with you man, I want the big one. But having a couch, gm, and qb who consistently keep us in position to have a chance? I'm not taking that for granted.
@@manny4mayor yessir. I get completely depressed after the Bills' final game each year (the playoff loss), but I'll still take this feeling over the complete lethargy I felt towards the Bills around 2010 time frame. I still listened to every game, but couldn't tell you most of the starters names, and never bothered to listen to Bills news.
Since Sean has been the coach, I get excited to watch every game, and listen to as much Bills news as I can find.
I'm sure there is some magical combination of QB and HC that's out there who can win a SB, but the odds of figuring out who they are and convincing them to come to Buffalo are extremely low. So for now I am happy that who we have gives us a shot every year, and that everyone is talking about Buffalo.
The better teams wear their corduroy's before they trend. The lesser teams don't start wearing their corduroys until after everyone else has has figured out the trend and it's starting to die off.
One day, one day I tell ya', I will listen to a Bills presser and actually hear everything everyone said. Haven't the slightest idea who he's talking about at 19:00 - some guy with a motor.

McDermott does put together a great coaching staff, firing Dorsey mid season and having Brady there, Huge!
Bills will never get to a SB with choker mcdud he is wasting josh's career and should have been fired long ago. mcdud is full of excuses and is a loser. we Bills fans are screwed.
Confidence in Sean is at an all time low. We are quickly approaching 10 years of the Clapper 2.0 - If he can’t get the team to a Super Bowl in the next 3 years, ownership needs to move on. I respect him and his 9/11 sympathies as a human so it’s nothing personal.
He’s an absolute bum. Pegula has shown he can’t make decisions either (see Buffalo Sabres).

The vast majority of coaches, players, et al, love & support the guy. I honestly wanted him gone after the '13'. But after nearly making afc champ, on tons of duct tape & super glue .. he's got my full support.
on gameday, his a**hole is tighter than a drum - it makes the whole team tight. Bills have the highest turnover in assistant coaches of any team who doesn't fire their head coach. What does that tell you? That he's a peach to work for and everyone loves him? @@minuano08

You get out coached every playoff game. Even the ones you win are too close for comfort. You’ll never beat the Chiefs, Bengals or Eagles. It’s proven now.
