The new 2024 RAF Eurofighter Display pilot - Callsign "Turbo" performs practise display in Blackjack.
I must say even at 1,500feet up, it was a very impressive display, nice and loud.
Cant wait to watch him continue to practise and at lower level. This will be awesome!!

Wow. Just wow. This is a true showing of the capability of the typhoon. I have never seen a plan like this. Super fast manoeuvres, tonnes of G, full respect. Can’t wait to see this rolled out for air shows 2024. Thank you captain.
Yes the Typhoon is a very powerfull airplane, and so manoeuvrable. Think it will be a excellent display this year.

Thought Blackjack had been retired?
They did a lot of checks on the airframe, and decided it will be the spare jet for this year, and returned it to 29sqn use. You can see that he is really pushing it this year, while last year i think they tried to save the stress on the jet a bit
So will the livery stay for the upcoming season? Any details known?
Blackjack will be the spare Display jet this year, we are hoping for a new Display jet. But we dont know if it will be painted up.
