Here's a bird I don't get to see often. This is a male indigo bunting. And he's a member of the cardinal family.

I've never seen this bird before -- how beautiful. It does look a lot like a cardinal except for its coloring. Very nice filming!

I've seen a few birds like that here in Florida.
I wondered if they were blue birds. Now I'll look up "blue birds".

Indigoes and blue birds are very similar. Male blue birds are very blue on their heads and backs but have some rust color on their chest.
