OMG!!! thank you so very much for posting about these good ol' pfaff machines. I've been using mine for years but rarely had to make buttonholes and the manual wasn't helpful at all. you saved me MANY gray hairs 😂 pam 🌸
Do you know why my sewing machine only sews the left side of the button hole. The needles moves when it does the right side but the thread doesnt stick but when it goes tomdo the left side it is fine.

Do I need to do anything with the feed dogs when using the buttonhole attachment?
No you leave them up as normal, the only time I drop the feed dogs is when using the free motion foot( embroidery foot)
