Oh wow. I’ve lived at F1rst Residences for 6 years and love it. It gets noisy, more of you face the front of the building but I’m a native dc girl so it doesn’t bother me. Nats park traffic is crazy but this area is close to the river walk and the wharf so there’s always food and events Happy house hunting!!!
