Yulia, what a cool video! Your story serves as a good example for applicants from all around the globe, one should never lose hope and always say yes to new opportunities :-)
So interesting! So you got the master’s degree in Ukraine, then in UK and then in US? Because I have one master’s degree in Russia and I’m kinda nervous. I thought you can get this scholarship only if you don’t have any master’s degree.
Sorry for late reply. When I was studying (2015-2017) I've heard it was $2000/mo. Stipend in Kalamazoo hasn't changes since that time, I don't know about NY.
Thank you for your comment! I can briefly talk about what is allowed to do on the scholarship but the requirements are so different from country to country that I always recommend you to check the website of Fulbright program in your country.
Thank you or your comment! Sorry for late reply. I think the key to success in TOEFL is practicing a lot so you'll know the structure well. For many majors you don't need an outstanding level of English to pass.

You can easily get this scholarship even if you have Russian KANDIDAT NAUK degree (PhD equivalent). Easy.
Hello there!
I made it as an Alternate last year. Do you have any specific advice for writing a new essay when re-plying? Any tips?
What about staying in usa after the 2 years of the master? Can i apply for phd in USA? Or What should i do to stay there?
