Now that I am all caught up I do have a question for you, if you don't mind...well a couple of questions....lol. First is the medieval map of Windenburg working? I tried to install it and it wasn't showing up. I had a problem finding my install folder for Sims 4. I can't find an Origin folder on my computer since I use the launcher. Now my second question is how do you kill off toddlers and children with out the mod because it seems that the creator has no interest in updating it anytime soon. I've been waiting since Christmas, checking everyday. I want to be able to have an urn or gravestone when I do it....otherwise what is the point.....at least that is my thinking. I've been holding off restarting my UDC game until I figure these two things out. Thanks for your help.
@@CalicoCat-u3r so make sure your Windenburg mod is unzipped. I use the merge file and put that in my mod folder as for the overlays, I know where my Sims folder is installed in my game I don’t use origin. I do use the EA APP as well but I was able to find mine on my hard drive.
As for the children, death I still have the mod in my game. I did not even notice that it wasn’t up-to-date, but I haven’t had any not survive recently. I would probably just delete them because at the end of the day when I’m telling the story I can just say my Sims are sad. You could always use a debug gravestone and just keep it in your notes that the child passed away. It’s unfortunate but the game has had so many big updates and packs launch since October and with holidays that I feel like a lot of modders needed a break. I still have a handful of broken mods, but my big ones are fixed.
@@CalicoCat-u3r I also know someone who doesn’t play with mods and what they do is use cheats to age up their sim then kill them bc you get the name and the stone!!
@@haysiesimmer the mod if you do use it will spawn grim but he will be stuck and can't do anything. I had to exit the game and restart it so be careful with it still in.
@@haysiesimmer I found where they were suppose to go but when I entered the game I had the game map showing up. I will give it another go here in a few minutes. Thanks for the help. I love watching your gameplay. I am so invested in the sims now.
@@haysiesimmer I just tried it again and Windenburg is gone. It is not listed with the rest of the worlds.
