The name Tibet is derived from sanskrit name Trayabarta , three regions dominated by worshpers of Visnu , Siva and Brahma Visnu worshipers lived in the region spreading from Anantnag to Himachal , Saibaites in the area from Himachal to Darjilng and Brahma worshipers lived from Darjiling to Meghalaya iN corresponding area of otherside of Himalaya ie Tibet
