  • It’s normal to have sweaty palms, racing thoughts and a nervous stomach as you’re walking into a job interview or stepping on stage for a performance. But if anxiety interferes with your daily obligations, your job or your social relationships, it might be time to consider seeking help. Psychologist Scott Bea, PsyD, explains why trying to stop anxious thoughts creates a vicious cycle, and how skills like mindfulness and acceptance can help.

@Becca Teers MindPlus I agree with you said - definately not as easy than it sounds to beat the fear of driving.
Be careful and get help from experts. I searched a few sites and found some good advice by searching google on sites such as Roys Quick Fix. I wish you luck and hope you succeed!

Sometimes anxiety can be harder than it looks, I used to deal with it with cbd oils and they helped me a lot!

This is very useful to help me get better insight to the anxiety that I feel. By the time that I finish watching it, the anxiety goes down significantly or entirely.

Only thing I disagree on is when he brought up benzo’s. They’re the reason my anxiety when from mild to severe because eventually you have to get off of them or they’ll fry your brain

I’ve been on Xanax for 20 years and they just mask the problem. They made me not give a crap about anything which isn’t a good thing. For about a year they’ve not been cutting it. I think I’m immune to them. They only work enough for me not to go to the er but I still feel very anxious. Xanax also make me depressed. My dr doesn’t care. She just writes out my meds and asks how many panic attacks I’m having. I’m literally the epitome of a walking panic attack. My life is being destroyed.

y a good go to a him not to karen jacob the reason is he is psychologist so just perform therapy by psychotherapist ideas which causes less symptoms and cures well without medication . Karen jacob is a psychiatrist so she will prescribe heavy drugs and empty your pocket . these drugs will cause harmful effect .

I’ve suffered with chronic anxiety since I was a teenager. Certain experiences put me back into that state that’s so intense I cannot function all day unless I medicate myself with marijuana and cbd.

What about when you have severe tinnitus and have high pitched screetching in your ears, it's like a fire alarm going off 24/7, there is a reason they are alarms and people want them turned off ASAP, what if you can't turn it off, any suggestions?
