I'm waiting on this bike now, should be here in acouple days. I was under the impression it had hydrolic brakes but at $750 shipped I can't complain. It's my first e-bike so figured I'd go cheap and I'll know what I want out of my next bike. I'll probably upgrade this a bit while I think about my next one

They have gel seat covers for Harley-Davidsons or motorcycles get one of those and they are comfortable on eBay and they look good too
If you want to ride longer heres a little tip bring it down a gear or two once in awhile it won't use up as much battery and pedal don't always just use throttle

P08 is for speed on the settings set it to 100 and you will go 31 mph maybe 31 1/2
I got mine on eBay for 8:33 with tax from the a n y e t dealer in Canada but I think the price went back up now and my frame is shaped a little different above the battery it's not straight like that one

And you have to do something to your display settings because I'm just on level three and I pedal and that thing goes all the way up to 30 miles per hour

I just brought mines,it's fully charged but the battery turns on than turns back off.Now everything on the handlebars will not turn on.

Does the half twist have 2 peices that come apart or are they stuck together?
Drives nice , look at the wheels. I got the same only i changed tyres to semi slicks and changed brakes to hydraulic and 203 mm disc . Brakes wicked . Soon wil put extra battery with splitter to factory battery . That i can go to 35 mile extra . And i will change chain, factory one gets rusty . In Holland usually never good weather .

What’s the recommended height and how long can it last for a whole day?
Mine came yesterday. Mine has a different seat that looks more comfortable. Also has a different rear suspension, no ignition key, and no quick release tire 🤷🏻♂️. Unfortunately, I messed up putting it together. I took the crown off the forks and 3 metal rings fell out. I looked for hours and can't figure out how or where they go back in. I went ahead and put it together without them which was a bad idea. Now the whole steering colunm jolts forward with the slighest touch of the front brakes. Obviously I need to put those rings back in but I can't figure it out. The last thing I wanna do is deal with customer service but I don't know what else to do. It's my first e-bike and the first time I've worked on a bike in a decade+

Enjoyed your review. I'm over 200 lbs so your comments were appropriate for a 'like-sized' rider. Does this come with a battery key and an ignition key? If not, does the battery key lock out the ignition while securing the battery?
As I mentioned in the video (about 4 minutes into the video), there are two sets of keys. One for the ignition, one to lock the battery in place. You can also see both keys in labelled bags at 2:20 in the video.
I just got this bike yesterday from Amazon and mine has no ignition which I wasn't expecting. It just came with 2 keys for the battery. It's a good thing I don't live in a high crime area. Mine also has a different seat that seems more comfortable than his. Also has a different rear suspension that looks like a big red coil, and no quick release tire.

What gear would I generally want for hills and then for flat ground? Plan to use throttle
If you're using throttle, the gears don't matter. Only matters when pedaling and using pedal assist.
How does this compare to the jasno x50?

Depends on how the ebike is built. Some will be waterproof, some won't be.

5'5" is the shortest recommended height so unless your legs are 2 feet long you'll probably be OK.
Im 5'7 and can flat foot this with a slight bend in my knee if that helps

There's a few other models with the same name and there might also be a newer version since my video. This is typical on Amazon.
Hey man the amyet says its rated for someone who is 6'5 but do you think it would work? Im 6'5 and dont want to be hunched over or have my knees jammed to my chest . Could the handle bars raise to accommodate? I emailed ridstar cus i was considering getting a q20 to ask them if it would fit my height the customer service rep recommended I get an amyet lol.
I'm 6 feet tall so not sure how another 5 inches would do on this bike. Maybe take a look at how I look on it and make some extrapolation guesses on your own?
